Return Eligibility

You may return any item that meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in new condition
  • All tags are attached and intact
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Return is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item

Items NOT Eligible for Returns

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Jewelry & Accessories

Not eligible for returns or refunds. We offer a lifetime warranty on repairs for certain items (charges may apply).

Made-to-Order Products

Customized items tailored to your measurements cannot be returned.

Sale Items

Products purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are final sale.

Altered Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided.
  4. Quality Check: Once received, we'll inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
  5. Receive Store Credit: Upon approval, store credit will be issued to your account.

Refund Policy

All refunds are processed as Store Credits

Store Credits can be used for future purchases on our website. They do not expire and can be combined with other payment methods.

Refund Calculation:

Total Refund = Purchase Value (excluding shipping & tailoring charges) - Return Shipping Cost

Return Shipping Charges

  • Change of mind or sizing issues: Return shipping to be borne by the customer.
  • Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • International returns: All return shipping charges and customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item
  2. Once store credit is issued, place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of the damage via WhatsApp
  • Do not use or alter the item
  • We will arrange a pickup and provide a full refund or replacement
